Psalm 127:3
Worship &
Sunday School
Our Sunday School program for students in K-8th grade is an exciting adventure in learning through the Bible, crafts, and special programs. Participants present an annual Christmas program, pack Easter Baskets, participate in Operation Christmas Child, collect for the Souper Bowl of Caring, and take part in other programs that encourage youth to be concerned about others. Young people (preschool-8th grade) participate in the beginning of Sunday worship services each week. They often read, sing, dance, and participate in other ways during our worship. Following the Scripture reading and a message tailored specifically to them, the children leave the service to attend classes taught by members of the church.
Vacation Bible School
Union Hill hosts a weeklong Vacation Bible School (VBS) program each summer. It is open to children age 4 through 4th grade. Adults, teens, and older youth guide and teach the children about the wonders of God’s love in ways that are based on Scripture, easily related to real life, and energized with music and fun! Look for information about registering your child for VBS each spring and be part of something truly amazing! All are welcome to a special worship service the Sunday after the conclusion of VBS which is a celebration of the week highlighting the themes & music.
